We’ll verify your eligibility and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with shipping instructions.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

9. Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Kiaoa will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
