Return & Refund Policy

At Kiaoa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with original tags and packaging.

  • Item must be returned in one package.

  • Returns must be shipped using the same service as the original delivery.

  • Only items shipped within the same country as the original delivery address are eligible for return.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Naturally defective or damaged items are always eligible for return or replacement.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping and any applicable import fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • We do not offer free return shipping unless otherwise stated.

  • In the case of a defective or incorrect product, Kiaoa will cover the return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Your order number

  2. Proof of purchase

  3. A photo or video of the product (if defective or damaged)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
